Givmefy SaaS is designed to empower modern e-retailers with built-in tools for efficient webstore management. Supporting both B2C and B2B business models, our platform streamlines operations by providing solutions for order processing, warehouse management, and distribution. Tailored for the Chinese market, it offers seamless integration with headless commerce architectures.

Givmefy SaaS is a collaborative e-commerce platform designed to provide comprehensive business solutions. It automates order processing, enhances inventory and supply chain management, and optimizes warehouse and distribution operations—enabling businesses to scale with efficiency.

Competitive Analysis

To position Givmefy SaaS effectively in the market, we conducted a competitive analysis of key e-commerce platforms. This evaluation focused on four core aspects: target user, product positioning, design concept, and features.

  • Youzan excels in target user engagement and provides a strong feature set tailored for Chinese e-commerce.

  • Shopify offers a flexible design concept and product versatility but has a more generalized positioning.

  • Jushuitan specializes in product positioning and logistics integration, making it a preferred choice for supply chain-heavy businesses.

  • Weimob strikes a balance between usability and design, catering to brands looking for an all-in-one ecosystem.

Product Ideation Process

We use a variety of product ideation methods, including brainstorming, visioning, affinity diagramming, and storyboarding, to generate and refine design concepts.

 

Storyboarding is one of my favorite techniques—it's a fast and cost-effective way to map out ideas, facilitating collaboration and discussion while ensuring alignment among stakeholders.

User Research

Who will use this system?

Our target users include B2B and B2C businesses, corporate clients, distributors, small business owners, and large corporations seeking to enhance productivity and optimize operations across omnichannel platforms such as TikTok, Taobao, Pinduoduo, and WeChat.

Research Methods

 

Card Sorting

We conducted an open card sorting session to understand how users categorize and navigate information. This helped us shape an intuitive information architecture for our platform.

Moderated Usability Test

Through offline moderated usability testing, we observed real users interacting with the system, identifying pain points and areas for improvement. The insights gathered were crucial in refining our system structure, user flows, and overall UX design.

The Givmefy B2B App optimizes workflows for operations staff, sales teams, and small business buyers. Operations manage products, orders, and supply chains, while sales teams share product links and track transactions. Buyers can register, browse, order, and track shipments seamlessly. With automated order management and real-time syncing, the system ensures a smooth, efficient, and scalable e-commerce experience.
